The Experience – From Enquiry to Gallery Delivery

A Month Before

Around four weeks before your wedding, we’ll be in touch to confirm your timeline and all the finer details.
You’ll receive a short pre-wedding questionnaire to help us understand the flow of your day.

This ensures we know exactly how your day will unfold and can capture it with ease and precision.

On the Day

Your day should feel effortless — and it will.

The venue will oversee timings, the registrars will lead your ceremony, and we’ll quietly take care of capturing your story.

Our approach is calm, unobtrusive and creative, allowing your day to unfold naturally while we focus on authentic emotion, atmosphere and connection.
From soft morning light to dramatic twilight, every detail is documented with depth and intention.

Couple Portraits & The Twilight Session

For all weddings, we require a short amount of time during the day for couple portraits — these are a core part of your story and allow us to capture beautifully intimate, timeless imagery of just the two of you.

If you’d prefer not to have couple portraits, please let us know in advance — otherwise, we’ll automatically assume you’d like them included.

If you’ve booked our Twilight Session, this will also take a small amount of time in the evening — typically around 30 minutes — to create those signature cinematic images using flash, smoke, or champagne effects. These sessions are relaxed, creative, and always worth it for the dramatic, magazine-style results.

After the Wedding

Your full gallery will follow in around 8 weeks, featuring hundreds of hand-edited, high-resolution photographs presented in your private online gallery with unlimited downloads.

If you’ve booked videography, your ceremony, speeches, and cinematic highlight film will be delivered within approximately 12 weeks.
